On the morning of May 12, the Tongling Science and Technology Innovation Conference and the National Innovative City Construction Work Conference were held at the Municipal Administrative Conference Center. A large number of key functional interface materials in my country rely on imports, and high-end industrial chain companies urgently need localization. Ren Tianbin, founder and chairman of Polyton, led the team to abandon complex production processes through the research and development of new adhesives, effectively improved production efficiency, ensured the environmental friendliness of products, and filled the domestic technology gap; on the other hand, it provided technical solutions for rubber-metal bonding, greatly improved the technical level of shock absorption in the domestic automotive industry, machinery industry, construction engineering, aerospace, etc., broke through the monopoly restrictions of foreign countries on metal-elastomer bonding interface materials, and became the import substitute for key "neck-stuck" materials in China, with significant economic and social benefits.

After more than ten years of development, Polyton has achieved a breakthrough from the laboratory R&D stage to factory-scale mass production and a leap from R&D samples to on-site process application scenarios. Polyton has always insisted on independent R&D and self-innovation, increased R&D investment, developed new products and new technologies, and finally explored a stable product R&D production line and successfully launched it to the market. In the past five years, Polyton's sales compound growth rate has exceeded 50%, with more than 50 patents, and has been continuously recognized by downstream leading customers.

In January 2022, Polyton invested 100 million yuan to build a 45,000 square meter production base covering an area of 68 acres in Tongling City, Anhui Province. It has DCS automated control of the entire production process and a designed production capacity of 10,000 tons in the first phase. Polyton's self-owned and self-produced key raw materials have made important contributions to the innovative development of the regional economy.
