Recently, the "Tianjin Talents·Smart Manufacturing for the Future" Expert Innovation Lecture Hall, hosted by the Office of the Leading Group of the Xinjin District Committee of Chengdu and others and undertaken by the Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Center of Sichuan University, kicked off. Road and bridge components are one of the sub-sectors of the rail transit industry. Xinjin's road and bridge component industry started early and has a good foundation. After decades of development, it has become one of the three major road and bridge component industry manufacturing bases in the country, forming a road and bridge component industry cluster integrating "bridge + tunnel + track". Among them, the application of advanced materials, advanced surface treatment technology, and intelligent digital empowerment are the development direction of traditional road and bridge enterprises.

In the free exchange session, Qin Gong carefully and enthusiastically answered relevant questions in the field for the representatives of enterprises and institutions present. Among them, the most common issue that everyone is most concerned about is how to effectively test and evaluate the service life of the bearing without disassembling it. The problem comes from the requirements of the construction party, China Construction. The construction process of the bearing components, especially the building bearings, determines that it is not easy to disassemble and sample after installation. Therefore, the existing conventional life/fatigue quality inspection methods are not applicable to this industry due to their cost and operation factors. In response to this issue, Mr. Qin said that he would rely on the company's resources and cooperate with Shanghai Microspectra Testing Technology Co., Ltd., a well-known third-party quality inspection platform in China, to carry out corresponding development and research, and strive to provide effective solutions for colleagues in the industry as soon as possible.
