二、Polygon ® 821LF Features

1. Used for rubber surface treatment, in combination with Polyton substrate surface treatment agent. The applicable rubber types are as follows:

Natural rubber, polyisoprene rubber, butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, EPDM rubber, etc

三、Polygon ® 821LF performance

Components: polymers, organic compounds, inorganic fillers, and organic solvents

Color: Black

Solid content: 22-26%

Viscosity: (25 ℃, Brookfield LV2 30rpm) 300-700cps

(25 ℃, No.3 Zahn viscosity cup) 30-60 seconds

Flash point: 25-28 ℃

Diluent: Xylene

Solvent: Xylene

Storage period: 12 months without opening the container (25 ℃± 2 ℃)

四、Instructions for use

Stir thoroughly: Pulitong ® During the storage process of 821LF, some sediment will settle at the bottom of the container. Before applying glue, it must be thoroughly stirred to achieve uniform mixing before use; If the gluing process is long, stir at high speed every 2 hours for 3-5 minutes.

Dilution: This product can be diluted appropriately by adding diluents according to actual operational needs. It is recommended to dilute according to the amount used. Diluted products should not be stored for a long time.

Brushing method: No need for dilution;

Roller coating method: No dilution required;

Dip coating method: 100 parts of Pulitong ® Add about 20-50 parts of diluent to 821LF;

Spray coating method: 100 parts of Polyton ® Add approximately 50-100 parts of diluent to 821LF.

Gluing: This product can be coated by brushing, dipping, roller coating, spraying, and other methods. The coating should be uniform to avoid excessive spillage.

Topcoat application: Dry film thickness 10-20 μ m. For harsh environments, 20-25 μ M;

Drying: Drying at room temperature takes about 45-60 minutes, and forced drying can shorten the drying time.

Parking: This product should be stored in a dry and normal temperature environment to avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity and high temperature.

Clear glue: Before heating and vulcanizing, use a rag dipped in ketone solvent or xylene to remove any excess processing agent that spills around. Once cured, solvents cannot be used to remove it.

Vulcanization: simultaneous vulcanization of rubber and processing agent can achieve optimal adhesive performance. When the coated part is placed in the forming mold, the rubber should be quickly filled and vulcanized. The actual vulcanization conditions depend on the vulcanization conditions of the rubber material.

五、Note

1. Solvents are volatile, please cover the container tightly after use.

2. Solvent vapors are harmful, and the workplace should be fireproof and ventilated to prevent long-term inhalation or skin contact.
