三Polygon ® 838 Performance

Components: polymers, organic compounds, inorganic fillers, and organic solvents

Color: Black liquid

Viscosity: (25 ℃, Brookfield LV2 30rpm) 300-700cps

(25 ℃, No.3 Zahn viscosity cup) 30-60 seconds

Solid content: 23-27%

Flash point: 25-28 ℃

Solvent: Xylene

Diluent: Xylene

Storage period: 12 months without opening the container (25 ℃± 2 ℃)

四、Instructions for use

Stir thoroughly: Pulitong ® During the storage process of 838, some sediment may settle at the bottom of the container. Before applying glue, it must be thoroughly stirred to achieve uniform mixing before use; If the gluing process is long, stir at high speed every 2 hours for 3-5 minutes.

Dilution: This product can be diluted appropriately by adding diluents according to actual operational needs. It is recommended to dilute according to the amount used. Diluted products should not be stored for a long time.

Brushing method: No need for dilution;

Roller coating method: No dilution required;

Dip coating method: 100 parts of Pulitong ® Add about 20-50 parts of diluent to 838;

Spray coating method: 100 parts of Polyton ® Add approximately 40-100 parts of diluent to 838.

Gluing: This product can be coated by brushing, dipping, roller coating, spraying, and other methods. The adhesive layer should be uniform to avoid excessive overflow.

Topcoat application: Dry film thickness 10-20 μ M

Single coating application: Dry film thickness 15-25 μ M

Drying: Drying at room temperature takes about 45-60 minutes, and forced drying can shorten the drying time.

Parking: This product should be stored in a dry and normal temperature environment to avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity and high temperature.

Clear adhesive: Before heating and vulcanizing, use a rag dipped in ketone solvent or xylene to remove excess adhesive from the surrounding area. Once cured, solvents cannot be used to remove it.

Vulcanization: simultaneous vulcanization of rubber and adhesive can achieve optimal bonding performance. When the coated part is placed in the forming mold, the rubber should be quickly filled and vulcanized. The actual vulcanization conditions depend on the vulcanization conditions of the rubber material.

五、Note

1. Solvents are volatile, please cover the container tightly after use.

2. Solvent vapors are harmful, and the workplace should be fireproof and ventilated to prevent long-term inhalation or skin contact.
