二、Polygon ® 828 Features

1. As a surface coating agent used in conjunction with Polyton substrate surface treatment, it is suitable for the following rubbers:

三、Polygon ® 828 Performance

Components: polymers, organic compounds, inorganic fillers, and organic solvents

Color: Black liquid

Viscosity: (25 ℃, Brookfield LV2 30rpm) 200-800cps

(25 ℃, No.3 Zahn viscosity cup) 30-60 seconds

Solid content: 14-18%

Flash point: 25-28 ℃

Solvent: Xylene

Storage period: 12 months without opening the container (25 ℃± 2 ℃)

四、Instructions for use

Stir thoroughly: Pulitong ® During the storage process of 828, some sediment may settle at the bottom of the container. Before applying glue, it must be thoroughly stirred to achieve uniform mixing before use; If the gluing process is long, stir at high speed for 3-5 minutes every 2 hours.

Dilution: This product can also be diluted with xylene according to actual operational needs. After dilution, it must be stirred for more than 30 minutes to achieve uniform mixing before use, ensuring that all components are evenly dispersed.

Glue coating: using brush coating method, immersion method, roller coating method, spray coating method.

Drying: After applying glue, dry at room temperature for at least 60 minutes.

Parking: It can be vulcanized immediately after drying as needed, and pollution should be avoided during parking.

Clear adhesive: Before heating and vulcanizing, use a rag dipped in ketone solvent or xylene to remove excess adhesive from the surrounding area. Once cured, solvents cannot be used to remove it.

Vulcanization: simultaneous vulcanization of rubber and adhesive can achieve optimal bonding performance. When the coated part is placed in the forming mold, the rubber should be quickly filled and vulcanized. The actual vulcanization conditions depend on the vulcanization conditions of the rubber material.

Remarks: Pulitong ® 828 storage temperature should not be lower than the recommended temperature (below 15 ℃), otherwise gel will appear. If this situation occurs, you can first heat 828 to 25 ℃, then stir at high speed until it returns to normal and then use it normally.

五、Note

1. Solvents are volatile, please cover the container tightly after use.

2. Solvent vapors are harmful, and the workplace should be fireproof and ventilated to prevent long-term inhalation or skin contact.
